These Terms of Sales, subject to French law, define the contractual relationship between the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as "the website" or "Les Merveilleuses") and the users of the site (hereinafter referred to as "customers" or "buyers").

Any purchase of a product on the website requires prior consultation of these Terms of Sales, and each purchase is subject to all the Terms of Sales applicable on the date of the order.

At any time, Les Merveilleuses may modify some of the provisions of these Terms of Sales. The modifications are then applicable to the customer as soon as they are put online. Consequently, the customer must read the version applicable on the day of his order on the website.

These Terms of Sales are the only applicable ones and replace all other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in advance, expressly and in writing.



All customers undertake, when registering on the www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.com website, to provide exact information as to their identity, delivery address and invoicing address in order to enable Les Merveilleuses to ensure the dispatch of their order. It also undertakes to update any changes concerning this information.

When registering on the website, each customer creates a unique identifier and has a strictly personal access code that he or she undertakes to keep confidential. The registered customer is the only one authorized to use the website using his or her username and password.



Les Merveilleuses offers each customer the possibility to create and customize their dress and to make it individually according to the customer's specifications.

All the creations are unique, designed by the customer, according to his own desires, in the range of customizable products offered on the website www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.com.

To place an order, the customer must customize his product by selecting the shape of the top of the dress and then the shape of the skirt to be assembled. Then, he will have to choose the desired fabric and color, then apply it uniformly on the coat. However, a specification exists for the association of the top : "Pink" with the "Fabuleuse" skirt in the "Satin duchess" fabric : the customer will have the possibility to choose a top color that is different from the skirt's color.

Before finalizing his product, the customer must specify his choice of standard size or Once this information has been entered, the customer clicks on "Add to cart" and goes to the cart to finalize and pay for the order.

Les Merveilleuses considers that by validating his order, the customer has duly read the Terms of Sales and accepts them without reservation. In addition, by validating these Terms of Sales, the customer declares that he/she has the legal capacity to conclude a contract within the meaning of Articles 1123 and seq. of the Civil Code. The validation of the order and its taking into account will only be effective when the full price has been received.



For the creation of customizable products, in the event of total or partial unavailability of the ordered fabrics after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order. The customer may, at his convenience, request that the refund of the amount of his order be made either in the form of a purchase voucher valid only on the website www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.com or by exchanging the unavailable product. Any refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.



Prices are indicated in euros and are only valid on the date of validation of the order by the customer. They do not take into account the delivery charges invoiced, if they are applied, in addition and indicated before the order confirmation. Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the applicable rate will automatically be reflected in the final price of the online products.

The payment of the totality of the price must be made at the time of the order by the customer. At no time may the sums paid be considered as a deposit or advance payment. Les Merveilleuses reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment.

Les Merveilleuses reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. Products already ordered will continue to be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of your order.

- - by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Carte Bleue) : the amount of your order is then debited at the same time. The date of registration of the order is the date of online payment.

- - by Paypal : the amount of your order is then debited at the same time. The date of registration of the order is the date of online payment.

- - by credit card in payment 2x free of charge (Visa, MasterCard or Carte Bleue) : the amount of your order will be divided by two. The first payment will be made on the day of the order, the second will be deducted one month after the order.

The products placed in your shopping cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the product description page of your product. This price may vary from the price that was displayed for the same product when you placed the product in your shopping cart in the first place. Placing a product in your shopping cart does not ensure that its price will remain the same as the one it was at the time you put the product in the shopping cart. However, it is also possible that the price of the product you have selected is lower when you pay than when you selected it.

The information and in particular the prices displayed on the site may be incorrect due to system or typographical errors. While we do our best to avoid these kinds of mistakes, they may exist. We do not honor orders based on incorrect information or prices. If the displayed price is lower than the actual price of the product, we will contact you by email to either cancel the order or give you instructions on how to pay the price difference. We apologize for the inconvenience, do not hesitate to contact us for any questions related to this subject.

The prices of our products are not negotiable. Indeed, we strive to charge the fairest possible prices. The final price of our creations reflects the costs inherent in French manufacturing under the sign of excellence and material prices.



Buyers' orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided when placing the order. In the event of absence, the buyer or recipient of the ordered product receives a transit advice note and then has 15 days to collect his package at the nearest post office. All delivery steps can be viewed on the order tracking website www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.fr, in the buyer's registered account. In all cases, an email will be sent to the customer to inform him of the departure of his order from our workshops.

The amount of delivery charges invoiced appears at the time of validation of the order. By confirming the order, the buyer expresses his acceptance of the amount of the delivery costs. The order is shipped at the latest within 5 working days from the end of the manufacturing process. The maximum time for the confection of a product by the confectionery workshop is on average 15 working days.

Les Merveilleuses will not be held responsible for failure to respect this deadline if the delivery is subject to a case of force majeure (irresistible, unpredictable, unavoidable and external to both parties), if the buyer refuses to accept his package or if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Except in the cases mentioned above, the buyer may cancel his order if the delivery time of 30 working days is not respected. He will then be refunded the full price within 30 days.



The customer has 24 hours from the validation of his order to cancel or modify it. This period is not valid for any order for express delivery or delivery by courier on the same day in Paris. In any case, the client should contact Les Merveilleuses as soon as possible at the following address : contact@lesmerveilleuses-paris.com. In case of cancellation, the customer will be refunded the full price of the product purchased within 30 days. After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed, as tailoring has already started, which implies sunk costs (fabrics, seamstresses' time, etc.).



Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that the "right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized".

Products that are not personalized and sold on the www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.com website may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of delivery by contacting Les Merveilleuses customer service : retour@lesmerveilleuses-paris.com. Items returned or exchanged must be intact and complete, in their original packaging (with the label containing its references) and accompanied by the delivery note. If items returned or exchanged do not meet the above conditions, Les Merveilleuses is entitled to return the merchandise to the Purchaser and invoice him. Delivery costs may, in this case, be charged to the Purchaser.



Les Merveilleuses offers a "First touch up" Guarantee for all customized products. What does it consist of ?

You bring your dress to a touch-up workshop of your choice and we will refund you the price of the adjustments*.

To request a refund for touch-ups, please follow the steps below :

Bring your clothing to a touch-up workshop near you. Ask the tailor to note the touch-ups he/she has made in detail.

Contact our customer service by our contact form or by email : contact@lesmerveilleuses-paris.com and attach the detailed invoice of the alterations made with the price indicated within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of your dress.

Les Merveilleuses will refund you the cost of the touch-ups within 72 hours, subject to certain conditions:

  •          Retouching must be communicated within 5 days of receipt of the package.
  •          You will receive the refund only if you follow the process through your customer account.
  •          Refunds for alterations are limited to 40 euros.



The customer benefits from a guarantee of exchange or refund against all the consequences of defects or hidden defects that could be found in the purchased items, provided that they are reported by e-mail as soon as they appear to contact@lesmerveilleuses-paris.com.

However, this guarantee will only be granted to the purchasing customer if all the conditions for accepting the return of the products described below are met. The defect claimed by the customer should not result from :

• unusual or improper use of the product

• normal wear and tear or ageing of the product

• unusual or non-compliant maintenance of the product

• an accident or an external cause caused by a third party

• poor taking of customer measurements

• the real aspect of the fabric, the photo in the creation module being not contractual

The costs of returning the products are entirely at the customer's expense. The www.lesmerveilleuses-paris.com website cannot be held responsible for lost returns, the sending must be done by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.



These Terms of Sales shall be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. The parties will first and foremost seek a possible amicable settlement. Any dispute of any nature relating to an order shall, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be the exclusive responsibility of the competent courts.
